Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees you have paid for consulting services described in your written quote or statement of work. Deposits and milestone payments follow the sections below.

Direct marketing cooling-off (CPA)

If you concluded an agreement after responding to direct marketing (including paid search advertising), you may cancel within 5 (five) business days of concluding the agreement, subject to the Consumer Protection Act and regulations. Work already performed during that period may be charged on a pro-rata basis.

Cancellations before work starts

If you cancel in writing before we begin scheduled work, we refund prepaid fees minus reasonable administrative costs (if any were disclosed in your quote). If no administrative fee was disclosed, the full prepaid amount for unused work is refunded.

Cancellations after work has started

Deposits

Deposits hold calendar capacity. They are refundable if you cancel before work starts. After we commence the agreed first deliverable, the deposit is applied to fees due and is not separately refundable.

No-shows and rescheduling

Sessions missed without 24 hours’ notice may be charged at the agreed session rate. One reschedule per engagement is accommodated when notice is given in writing.

How to request a refund

Email info@vector-schema.digital with your name, engagement reference, and reason. We confirm receipt within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible.

Exceptions

Statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act are not excluded. Nothing in this policy limits remedies you cannot waive by law.
