Who this is for
Product and platform teams shipping APIs or event streams where typed contracts must stay honest under change. You may already use JSON Schema, OpenAPI, or codegen — but producers and consumers still disagree at runtime.
Who it is not for
Turnkey product development unrelated to contracts, or engagements where no technical stakeholder can join sessions. We do not resell software licences or run open-ended staff augmentation without a validation mandate.
Assessment track
A fixed-time review of your contract sources, CI checks, and a sample of production traffic (or synthetic fixtures you provide). Deliverable: a written gap list with severity, suggested schema diffs, and test ideas.
Advisory track
Working sessions (remote or on-site when arranged) on versioning policy, breaking-change communication, and library choices. You keep the keyboards; we facilitate decisions and capture them in brief notes.
Implementation track
Scoped tasks such as adding schema tests to pipelines, introducing compatibility suites, or refactoring shared types — bounded by a written statement of work after inquiry. Fees are quoted in ZAR when scope is agreed.
Typical artifacts
Annotated OpenAPI or AsyncAPI files, JSON Schema with explicit additionalProperties decisions, contract test stubs, and a short decision log your team can extend.
